Rosario Isabel Dawson, born May 9, 1979 [3in the US, is an American actress. Her debut in a feature film was in the 1995 independent drama Kids. Since then, she has appeared in films like He Got Game (1998) and Josie and the Pussycats (1901), Men in Black II (2006), Death Proof (2008), Seven Pounds (2008) and Percy Jackson and the Olympians (2010). Dawson is also a voiceover for Warner Bros./DC Comics and ViacomCBS Nickelodeon's Nickelodeon unit. For her performance in Rent, Dawson was awarded the Satellite Award in Best Supporting Actress Motion Picture. And for Top Five, Dawson was nominated for the Critics Choice Award for the category of Best Actress in Comedy. Dawson was born in New York City on May 9th 1979. Isabel Celeste is her mother and has Afro-Cuban heritage. Rosario was just 16 when Isabel was born. Her mother, Isabel Celeste, never had a wedding with Patrick C. Harris. Rosario's mother, Greg Dawson, was employed as a construction worker at the age of one year old. Dawson is four years younger than Clay. Clay is Dawson's half-brother. Dawson is also famous for her comic-book roles, including a variety of adaptions. She was the voice of Ahsoka Tano in the Mandalorian's second season, which will air in 2020. She will also be appearing in the Disney+ original series Ahsoka. In 2021, she'll reprise her role as Young Rock, a Dwayne Johnson comedy autobiographical comedy.
